Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated all items are covered by a manufacturers warranty. The term of this warranty varies from item to item. In some cases the manufacturer provides an on-site warranty service or direct replacement and you are advised to follow the manufacturers warranty instructions in such cases.

Returns:
Damaged/dead on arrival (DOA) goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Inspect goods carefully before accepting delivery: goods damaged in transit must be declared as such to the carrier when signing for the delivery.
Unwanted goods can be returned provided you inform us within 10 days and the goods are dispatched to us at your expense within 28 days of receipt and are in unopened/unused condition, complete with any and all retail packaging, and thus suitable for resale. A restocking fee of 20% of the goods value will be charged.
DOA, unwanted or warranty returns should be sent, carriage paid, to the address below. We strongly advise use of a carriage method that provides proof of delivery and that you retain proof of dispatch.

Please note. Returned goods will only be accepted if any and all original retail packaging is intact. If possible use the same external packaging in which the goods were delivered. Please use labels and avoid writing directly on product packaging.

Refunds are normally issued to your original payment method.
